 Order of Merit Point Race - This race is the combination
of ALL tournaments entered by members, whether it's a weekday or weekend tournament. You receive points depending on how
you finish in that days tournament. "A" players play their balls out. "B" players may pick up their ball
after they get to zero points.
CT. CUP - This points race is a points race for weekend tournaments ONLY. The CT CUP tournaments will be highlighted by a RED asterisk on our tournament schedule. This points race is included with your membership fee. Low Gross Points Race - This points race is also a combination of ALL tournaments entered whether it's a weekday or weekend event. You will receive points depending on how you finish (low gross score) in our tournaments. ONLY "A" Players 14 handicaps and below are eligible for this race. "A" players MUST play their ball out at each and every hole. Kodak Challenge - We will designate 36 weekend & weekday tournaments and we will choose one hole per tournament. We will take the highest 18 scores and add them all up at the end of the season for the champion. Highlighted by a BLUE asterisk on the schedule. You only need 18 scores to qualify. Tournament of Champions - This tournament is ONLY for members who WON a tournament the season before. If your name is listed on our 2011 tournament schedule you are eligible to enter this tournament. All other members will NOT be allowed to enter this tournament. We will hold this tournament on a weekend that we already have a tournament scheduled. This means there will be a tournament played on Saturday and Sunday of that particular weekend. Two man team point race - You can choose your partner or we can choose one for you. We will run a season long point race for all established teams. What we will do is award points to the team with the better finish in each tournament. Both players do not have to play in every tournament together or every tournament. We will simply award points on how you finish in any particular tournament you enter. We will take the higher points for each team. If you're in the "A" division and your partner is in the "B" division we will simply take the higher point total on how you finish. The top 2 finishers in each of the point races at the end of the season will receive the next year's membership for free.  |
