2012 Membership Application

This is a multiple step process:

1.)    Please fill out the application entirely and then submit.

2.)   If paying my credit card please log back in to the membership page and scroll to the bottom of the page and enter "membership" in the pay pal box and click submit. You will be re-directed to paypal to pay for your membership.

3.)   If paying by mail please tell us in the comment section, print the membership page and mail your application to BAGS CT, 14 Mayhew Drive, Dayville Connecticut 06241.

Instructions: You can pay for your membership and any tournament by (check, cash or credit (debit) card.) If paying by credit, debit card please use the pay pal option at the bottom of the page. If choosing to pay by credit card using the Paypal option please add $3 to the total.

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A MEMBER OF PAYPAL TO USE THIS OPTION.

Should you accept my application, I agree to abide by the rules of the society at all times and will endeavor to study the "Rules Of Golf" and golf etiquette. B.A.G.S. CT. memberships last a full golfing season, from The 1st tournament in April of 2012 until the last tournament held in December of that year. I further agree that I will not hold the Connecticut Amateur Golf Tour, its officers, agents, or principals responsible in any way, for accidents or injuries which may occur to me while out on the course playing in an event staged by the Society. Dates and fees are subject to change. There are NO membership refunds once paid. Membership funds are used for golf course contractual obligations. Tournament prizes are paid out in credits ONLY. If a member does not re-join he or she forfeits there winnings. Credits are NON Cash Refundable and NON Transferrable.

Senior rate applies to those that are aged 62 or older.

The senior membership rate is $90, If you choose Senior Rate please be prepared to show me your ID at the first tournament.
If you are thrown out of the Connecticut Amateur Golf Tour for ANY reason you forfeit any credits you have been given or won. NO EXCEPTIONS.
